This model of human IgG1 was
created by E. A. Padlin -- "Anatomy of the Antibody Molecule," Molecular Immunology 31:169 (1994) --
and the complete coordinates can be downloaded from the University
of Massachusetts RasMol web site. Complete
structural coordinates were generated by combining the Brookhaven X-ray coordinate files for the
human IgG1 Fc (1fc2.pdb) and F(ab') (2ig2.pdb) fragments after symmetrically rotating the latter to
produce the coordinates for bivalent F(ab')2
"fragment." |
